Using the service
crateh curates publicly available AI films, dramas and shorts and provides viewer ratings and reviews. Videos are embedded only through the official YouTube, Vimeo and TikTok players. We do not accept uploads of, store or host video files. Playback is subject to each platform’s terms and policies and may stop if the original is removed or embedding settings change.
Copyright
Copyright in videos and related materials stays with their creators and other rights holders. Listing a work on crateh does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy or redistribute it. Respect other people’s rights.
Rights concerns and takedowns
Rights holders or their representatives can request removal at hello@crateh.com. Include the crateh page and original video URLs, an explanation of your rights and a reply contact. We review requests and may remove a listing or disable its embed as appropriate. Requests to delete the original video must go to the platform hosting it.
Ratings and reviews
Rate works honestly based on your own viewing. Post reviews you wrote or have permission to publish; you are responsible for what you post. Illegal content, infringement, sharing private information without permission, hate, harassment, threats, spam, impersonation and rating manipulation through automation or multiple accounts are prohibited. Mark spoilers. We may remove content or restrict access for rule violations. You retain your rights and allow us to store and display your review as needed to operate the service.
Advertising and third parties
crateh may display third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to fund the service. Ads are supplied by third parties and do not mean that we endorse an advertiser. Their policies apply when you follow ad links or use external players. Analytics consent is separate from personalised advertising consent; Google’s advertising consent process is handled separately where needed. See the privacy policy for data use and choices.
Governing language
These terms are written in Korean, with English, Japanese and Chinese translations for convenience. If translations differ in meaning, the Korean version governs interpretation unless applicable law requires otherwise.
